FAQ - How We Operate
What is the process?
After the design consultation, we work on the art work or design that you desire. From there, depending on the package or options you choose, our artist will send you the different design concepts and after you are satisfied with the design(s), we will finalize the design. If it is a print option, we send the art work to our printer after you choose the design(s) and from the printer, the order is boxed and shipped to you.
How do you charge?
There are a few different ways we charge. There are package flat rates for you to choose from or we can negotiate after the consultation. We have normal hourly rates and contracted rates but those come with a minimum charge. Some packages and larger orders may have a percentage due upfront to start design work.
How do you come up with the flat rates and different prices outside the packages?
Level of Expertise + Project Specification + Turnaround Time + Service and Support + Level of Demand + Current Economy = Total Cost
Hourly Rates:
The hourly rate is subject to designer, the type of service and deadline. There will be a minimum charge that will be determined by the designer.
Contracted Rates:
The rates will vary from contract to contract depending on the needs and terms of the artist-client agreement.
What all does the hourly rate cover?
There will be a minimum charge for each order you place that requires our artist's time. This artist fee covers the time for the artist designing your design for you.
What if I already have the design and just need prints?
If you already have a design and want us to print them for you , there will be a set-up fee that will be determined on the order and required artist's time.
How do I place a re-order of a product?
If you would like to re-order your design, there will not be any artist fee as long as you do not charge the design. If you do not change the design and after you place the order, we send it to our printer. If you decide to make changes, the artist hourly fee will be charged. We will keep your design(s) filed for up to 1 year with no activity. At that time, we will contact you to see if you want us to keep the design.
How do I pay for my order?
We except cash and credit/debit cards. We use Square to process all credit/debit cards. If you choose to pay with a credit/debit card, there will be a 3% convenience charge added.
